Terms & Conditions for 77vd

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "77vd" / "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at 77vd.io, including all games, betting markets, account services, payment processing features, and support channels made available through the website.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any individual who registers an account on 77vd or otherwise accesses or uses any part of the platform, whether logged in or not.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player, through which access to real-money gaming and betting services is provided.
• "Real Money Balance" / "BDT Balance" refers to the funds held in a Player's account wallet, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), representing deposited funds net of any withdrawals, bets placed, winnings credited, and applicable deductions.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash value awarded to a Player's account under a specific promotional offer, subject to separate bonus terms.

2.1 Age Requirement. Use of 77vd and participation in any real-money gaming or betting activity is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 77vd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 77vd. The registration of duplicate accounts, whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or household, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77vd may close all but one account, void associated bets and bonuses, and withhold funds pending investigation.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 77vd is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.4 Eligibility Confirmation. By completing registration, you confirm that: (a) you are aged 21 or above; (b) you are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction; (c) you are not registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling exclusion register applicable to you; (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party; and (e) the funds you deposit represent legitimate personal funds and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

2.5 Right to Refuse Registration. 77vd reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party, allow any other person to use your account, or access another Player's account. 77vd will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 77vd support immediately via live chat or email. 77vd may place a temporary hold on the account pending investigation.

3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. You must ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the platform from a shared device.

3.4 KYC Verification. 77vd may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to 77vd's satisfaction. 4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per request. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the same account, unless 77vd approves an alternative method following KYC review.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to two hours during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, during public holidays, or where additional verification is required. 77vd is not responsible for delays caused by MFS providers' own processing times.

4.5 Source of Funds. All funds deposited to 77vd must represent legitimate personal funds. 77vd reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks and to request supporting documentation. Deposits suspected of originating from unlawful activity will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 77vd may apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month to dormant accounts after written notice has been sent to the registered email address. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support and completing any required verification.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives offered by 77vd are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. These Terms form the baseline agreement; individual promotion terms supplement and, where they conflict, supersede this section with respect to that specific promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. 77vd reserves the right to set game-specific contribution rates (e.g., slots may contribute 100% and live casino may contribute a lower percentage) toward meeting wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 77vd employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk or hedging betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk; and colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, 77vd reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.

5.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's account without compensation.

5.5 Modification of Promotions. 77vd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is terminated early, Players who have already claimed the offer will be given reasonable opportunity to meet applicable wagering requirements unless the promotion was withdrawn due to breach of these Terms.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on 77vd are subject to acceptance by the platform. 77vd reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where: (a) system errors affect the display of odds or game outcomes; (b) suspicious betting patterns are detected; (c) a bet exceeds applicable stake limits; or (d) the relevant event has already commenced at the time the bet is placed.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on 77vd. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by product, event, and Player account level. 77vd reserves the right to adjust individual Player stake limits at any time.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious error in odds or game outcomes, 77vd reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the Player's BDT balance. 77vd is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction. "Void and refund" is the sole remedy available to Players in such circumstances.

6.4 Live Betting. In-play and live betting markets are subject to rapid changes in odds and availability. Bets placed during live events are confirmed at the odds available at the time of placement confirmation — not at the odds displayed at the time of bet initiation if a delay occurs. Network latency is the Player's responsibility.

6.5 Game Integrity. • Engaging in any form of money laundering, or depositing funds derived from illegal activity
• Attempting to charge back or reverse a legitimate deposit via your MFS provider after gaming activity has occurred
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77vd staff members or other Players via any communication channel
• Using the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location

8.1 Platform Content. All content on the 77vd platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, user interface elements, software, and game assets supplied by 77vd (as distinct from third-party game providers), is the intellectual property of 77vd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

8.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77vd platform for your own personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activity. This licence does not extend to copying, distributing, modifying, reverse engineering, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any part of the platform's content or software.

8.3 Third-Party Game Content. 10.3 Cap on Liability. Where 77vd is found liable to you under any legal theory, the maximum aggregate liability of 77vd to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 Closure by 77vd. 77vd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected; (c) the Player has provided false registration or KYC information; (d) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 77vd; or (e) the Player has requested self-exclusion under the platform's responsible gaming provisions.

11.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, your licence to access the platform is immediately revoked. Bonus funds and associated winnings derived from bonus activity that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.
